Description:
The personal documentation program is a system that is installed in more than 60 oncology centers. It's responsible of collecting information about patients with cancer disease. It represents a central repository where all information related to patients is stored.

The system is responsible of handling all tasks performed during the treatment such as baselines, follow ups intercure, follow ups checkup, tumor assessments and end of treatment.

The system also includes a section containing personal information about patients as well as a history section containing all past treatments applied. An advanced reporting system is embedded to offer the specialists the opportunity to produce all kinds of reports that might be required in the analysis process. The system is also used by the client to assess the effectiveness of its products and whether any side effects are detected during the system's life cycle. The PEDP will be soon installed in the oncology centers in Syria and Jordan. Later stages entail installing it in more than 15 countries worldwide.

Description: The system is a decision support application that assists the bank when a person or institution seeks a loan. The manager of the credits department uses the system to store all information related to the client. A client profile is made up of different sections such as his/her personal information, transactional history, active accounts and financial status.

The system also keeps track of any loans previously assigned to the client or any of his/her partners. The system is fed up with data from 4 different sources 3 of them are automated computer systems.

Description: The system is used by teams' managers to assess the productivity of medical reps. Performance factors belong to 3 main categories:
- Effectiveness
- Potential
- Achievement. In each of these categories, the managers can create their own factors. Every factor has a weight and all factors' weights within a category sum up to 100%. An advanced reporting system allows the managers to study the performance of every team as well as to compare teams together.

Different views are provided showing the weakness of a particular rep and the system suggests means for improving performance. The system also provides different views relative to cities and states.

The system enables the administrator to create his own rules and apply them at run-time. The system supports multiple currencies and is equipped with an advanced reporting system.

Description: The system is used to control all tasks performed at Ziebart and relating to cars care. The clients' profiles section enables the registration of customers who are categorized as either ordinary or special. The different services are plugged into the system and categorized based on the administrator's request.

Employees are also registered as well as reps. The system manages every car starting from the time it's received until the production of the job card at the end of the process. The system is made up of an accounting subsystem and the capability to produce advanced reports on the fly.

Users can easily specify complex searching criteria and the system retrieves the corresponding items in fractions of a second. The system is also capable of controlling the process of item's rental and sale.

For each of these two tasks, a different process is followed. The system is also equipped with a reminder system that assists the user in keeping track of future tasks to perform such as to contact the customer when a specific rent property is available again. The system is also made up of a web interface that allows online browsers to access the web site and search the main database for any property using the same user-friendly interface offered to the operator in the desktop application.
